On the left hand side (top) you will find text
areas and check boxes. In order to perform calculations you have to
fill out text areas with appropriate figures. You may fill out text
areas:
1. Typing in appropriate figures.
2. If you are an existing user and have filled out and saved
the following information, you may click on check boxes to use previously
entered information. When you click on a check box, a previously saved
inforamtion will appear in the text area.
NOTE: If you are a first time user you can use a check box associated
with your age to retrieve your age entered at the New User screen.
On the right hand side (top) you may observe
your personal data. The information associated with fitness calculations
and measurments will appear on the right hand side if you have previously
saved information into Database. You will also be able to observe
current date and time. The date will be used in the graph for you to
see a specific measurment on a given date.
NOTE: Use the Save button to save your personal information into
database. Please Refer to Using Software section for more information
on Save, Calculate and Exit buttons.
- Calculate Button
On the bottom of the screen you may find text areas (with specific names)
and Graph and Learn buttons. After clicking the Calculate
button appropriate information will be displayed in the text ares.
- Graph and Learn buttons.
If you would like to see your progress you may click the Graph
button to view a progress graph. If you would like to know about a specific
calculation you may click the Learn button. A page will open
and display information associated with the following calculation.
- Save Button
In order to save calculated and newly entered information you have to
click the Save button. After clicking the Save button your information
will be stored in the Database for later use.
- Exit Button
You can use the Exit button to exit to system.
Note: If you have not saved new changes you will be promted. You will
have two choices.
1. To go back and Save newly entered information.
2. To Exit without saving.
