........The following software package will allow people involved in fitness activities as well as weight loss programs to monitor their physical fit level. As the person jogs, preparing for Olympics 2004, lift weights, eats Subway sandwiches or spinning on his office chair, he will be able to monitor his fitness progression. He/she will use the most advanced and accurate fitness formulas to calculate the Body Mass Index, Target Heart Rate, Body Fat Distribution, Ideal Weight, Fat Content in the Diet and much more. As the time passes the user will monitor his/her progression using the history chart provided by Fitness software.

.......Software can be used by the entire family as well as anyone interested in monitoring his/her fitness level. Each user will be saved in the database. As he logs in, previously saved information will be retrieved and displayed for farther manipulation. All information entered by user will be securely saved in the database.
